Jenn Abelson is a business reporter for The Boston Globe and covers the retail and financial sectors. Abelson’s most recent investigation revealed widespread fish mislabeling at restaurants across Massachusetts. The series, “Fishy Business,” was co-authored by Globe reporter Beth Daley. It received awards in 2012 from the National Press Club, the Society for Features Journalism, the National Headliner Competition, and the Society of Business Editors and Writers. She was selected as a Spring 2010 Jefferson Fellow by the East-West Center and traveled to Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Jakarta. Abelson joined The Boston Globe in 2001 and graduated from Cornell University.
