Print Journalist El Caribe
Natalí Faxas is a Dominican journalist who specializes in migration and international relations. She is part of the investigative team for the newspaper El Caribe in the Dominican Republic. Natalí has covered stories about gender equality, education and health. She was awarded with the Rafael Herrera Award from the Foundation of Global Democracy and Development (Fundación Global Democracia y Desarrollo – FUNGLOBE) for her coverage on the migration reform that was applied by the Dominican Republic in 2014. Natalí was also recognized by the health committee of journalists for her series on children with special needs. She is a graduate from la Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo (UASD) and received her masters from la Universidad de Nebrija in Madrid.
