Module 4 - Promoting Yourself as a Leader
Introduction
As you climb the leadership ladder, you hope to be recognized for a job
well done. Unfortunately,you won't always get the credit you deserve for
your good work.
How do you make sure you get this recognition without seeming arrogant
or self-interested? Understanding and recognizing personal behavior styles
can help you figure out how, when and with whom you should discuss your
work and your accomplishments. As a supervisor, you can also use your
awareness of these styles to advocate on behalf of your staff.
Training Goal
This training module will help you learn how to analyze and interpret
behavior and how, when and to whom to promote yourself and your accomplishments.
