Chiara Luxardo (she/they) is a freelance visual journalist and photographer. They have extensive experience covering topics related to the LGBTIQ+ community, gender equality and health across the globe. They are currently working on an intimate book about queer non-birthing motherhood. Clients and publications include: The New York Times, The Financial Times, Internazionale, Days Japan, M Le Monde, The Guardian, Vogue Italia, Bloomberg Businessweek, L'Obs, IO Donna, Stern, Nikkei Asian Review. Their work has been shown in solo and collective exhibitions in France, Italy, Myanmar, Cambodia, Latvia, Lithuania and the UK.
