My name is Edna Ngegba I am a female Journalist working with Radio Maria Sierra leone Makeni station, I have worked for almost nine years now as a reporter, presenter, and now producer. I have trained lots of Colleagues and university students who have been using our radio station as a lab. Because of my resilience as a female journalist, I have won myself so many awards in recognition of my outstanding personality. I have worked with lots of national and international groups on grants and fellowship programs (Internews, Africa China Reporting grant project, Journalist for Human Rights, BBC Media Action, and Safe sisters) to name but a few.
