Gabriella Garcia-Pardo is a freelance documentary filmmaker and visual journalist based in Washington, D.C. Focused on conservation, social issues, women's stories, and artists, she strives to bring the interesting and hopeful to light. Previously, Gabriella produced award-winning short-form documentaries at National Geographic, filmed over 150 musicians on NPR’s music team, and designed an intensive filmmaking course for high school students at a Yale summer program. She is a graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design, a 2017 Docs-In-Progress Fellow, and has guided multi-day horseback treks in Chile and trail rides in the Canadian Rockies.
