Hailey Sadler is a documentary photographer and conflict & migration specialist based out of Washington, D.C. She is drawn to narratives around trauma, memory, and belonging, particularly in the aftermath of conflict and forced displacement. She is a founder of The Home Collective, a long term documentary project creating a global record of the human experience with home. Hailey holds a masters degree in Conflict Management from Johns Hopkins School for Advanced International Studies and her work is rooted in years of prior policy experience as senior staff for legislators serving on the House Armed Services and Intelligence Committees.
