Multimedia Journalist
Jessica Lutz is a documentarian based in Far West Texas. Her photographic work has become a visual ethnography of the Big Bend region and the borderlands along the Rio Grande. Assignments can be seen in Texas Monthly, New York Times, Black & White Magazine, Mother Jones and Al Jazeera among other publications. She is currently co-producing a PBS series about regional issues that shed light on global affairs. In her spare time, she spends time exploring the Rio Grande by boat and restoring an old adobe home along the border.
