Leda Hartman is the assignment editor for Round Earth Media’s documentary specials for NPR stations. She is a veteran multimedia journalist, contributing to many nationally broadcast public radio programs and podcasts. She has also worked as a senior editor at NPR’s Latino USA and two nationally broadcast global affairs programs, Latitudes and the World Vision Report. Her reporting and editing work has won more than a dozen national awards, including one for excellence in editing from the Ochberg Society for Trauma Journalism.
