Lindsay Fendt is a freelance reporter and photographer based in San José, Costa Rica. Lindsay focuses on the environment and human rights. Before becoming a freelance journalist, Lindsay worked as a staff writer and photographer for The Tico Times in Costa Rica, The Marietta Daily Journal in Atlanta, and The Santiago Times in Chile. Her stories and photos have appeared in The Guardian, Al Jazeera, The Daily Beast, Vice, and other publications.
