Muthoki Kithanze is a multimedia journalist based in Kenya who specializes in long-form writing covering health, environment, culture, and arts. Her passion lies in reporting on neurological disorders such as dementia and Parkinson's disease as well as reproductive health. Her writing aspires to illuminate conditions and situations that often fall through the crack of mainstream reporting. Her work has featured in the World Alzheimer's report 2023 by Alzheimers Dementia International (ADI) and also contributes to local dailies. Muthoki holds a bachelor's degree in Communication and Journalism from Moi University.
