Nakabuye Sheilah is a 27 year old freelance journalist living and working in Bushenyi District. A born of Butambala district, Sheilah has a Bachelors degree in journalism and mass communication from the Uganda Pentecostal university Fort Portal, Uganda. She has over seven years working experience in radio broadcast which she started doing in her senior six vacation to be able to raise tuition fees at university. In 2016, her passion for TV pushed her to Next Media Group – NBS TV and is now a correspondent. Despite joining TV, Sheilah has not abandoned her career in radio and is an English news anchor on a local radio station. Sheilah has special interest in covering vulnerable groups especially women and children. Her career objective is working towards improving communities and personal ability to serve a wider population both at local and international levels with excellence and credibility to the best satisfaction.
