Naomi Larsson Piñeda is an award-winning British-Chilean journalist and editor, covering human rights and social justice. Her work has appeared in The Guardian, openDemocracy, The Independent, Al Jazeera, The Telegraph, NPR, Wired, among others. In 2020 she was listed on Forbes 30 under 30 Europe, and was shortlisted for an Amnesty Media Award for her reporting on Chile's social uprising. She was recently a senior editor at gal-dem, an award-winning magazine dedicated to sharing the voices of women and non-binary people of colour, where she led its politics section. Naomi has also worked as a commissioning editor and writer at the Guardian, and is a former One Earth climate fellow, and former fellow with the International Journalists’ Programme in Berlin.
