Natalia Laurensia Carmelia Yewen is a reporter born in Sorong, West Papua. She holds a bachelor's degree in international relations from The Christian University of Indonesia, Jakarta. For the last four years she has contributed to several online media outlets, including Mongabay Indonesia. She also works in non-governmental organizations that focus on respecting and protecting human rights, especially in Papua.
