Nicole Martin is a journalist based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Driven by her interest in grassroot communities, she co-founded Revista Colibri, a cooperative independent magazine made by women. Her professional quest is aimed at creating and strengthening networks between feminist organizations. As an ambassador in Argentina for the Chicas Poderosas global community, she has organized spaces of collaboration between women in the media. In 2020, she was the director of Los Derechos No Se Aíslan (Rights cannot be confined in Spanish), the federal investigation on access to sexual and reproductive rights during the pandemic by Chicas Poderosas Argentina, winner of the Honorable Mention of "Access to Health" of Fundación Gabo. She also coordinated the regional investigation Violentadas en cuarentena (Abused in Quarantine) on gender violence during isolation by Distintas Latitudes, winner of the OWM Digital Award 2021 of One World Media.
