Nita Roshita is a journalist, environmental activist, gender and community development consultant, and media specialist, with more than 11 years’ experience in journalism and media development. She has written for Edge Singapore among other publications, and was a consulting editor for the Singapore-based news site New Naratif. She is currently facilitating the Citradaya Nita Fellowship for the Indonesian Media Development Organization PPMN, supporting women journalists covering the impact of Covid 19 on marginalized communities. She gives free lectures on journalism for teenage school children and writing classes for incarcerated women.
