Onyinyechi Eze is a digital transformation enthusiastic using advanced technologies to positively affect strategic outcomes. She is a 2020/2021 Elevate scholarship recipient by the International News Media Association (INMA) and Google News Initiative (GNI). Onyinyechi holds a Master in Business Administration from the Plymouth Marjon University (formerly the University of St. Mark and St. John, Plymouth), United Kingdom, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Nigeria. She had some post-graduate courses from the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom (MSc International Management) with numerous training and memberships with the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). She holds over 15 years of ICT experience while working in various sectors such as Media, Education, Travel, and Financial, and ICT. Onyinyechi continues to promote digital disruptive strategies regardless of the industry to ensure the growth and sustainability of organizations. Onyinyechi heads the Digital Services in Businessday Media Limited (News Publishing) as the first Nigerian News Publisher to adopt paid subscription models. She has taken roles at Tanus Books Limited (Digital and Print publishing) to become the first local Book Publisher to adopt electronic books, a digitized version of its textbooks for schools, Zenith Bank Plc as an E-business support/WEB technologies specialist, Resourcery Plc, and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines as an IT Support and Systems engineer.
