Raizza P. Bello is an independent and multimedia journalist covering in-depth and investigative stories on environmental, peace and conflict, and human rights issues, especially across regional communities in the Philippines. She is also a researcher and a development practitioner focusing on media, community, and social change work. In these endeavors, Raizza has worked with the academic nonprofit Asian Institute of Management TeaM Energy Center for Bridging Leadership, the non-government organization Initiative for Dialogue and Empowerment through Alternative Legal Services, Inc., the education hub Asian Center for Journalism, and the online media outlets CNN Life Philippines and Rappler, among others. Currently based in Manila, she is a member of the National Union of Journalist of the Philippines, the United Nations Women in Asia network, and is a co-convenor of the Campus Journalism Lab.
