Ruth Terry is a multi-award-winning journalist and content writer. She holds a master’s of public administration and worked in the nonprofit sector before pivoting to social impact journalism in 2010. Today, Ruth writes across genres and topics — including the arts, mental health, philanthropy and travel — through a social justice and equity lens. Her work has appeared in Al Jazeera, CQ Researcher, National Geographic, The New York Times, The Washington Post, Time, Yes! and more.
