She works in television, radio and print and most often works with Dutch news outlets RTL Nieuws and VPRO Bureau Buitenland. Her work has also appeared in a range of international media. Her experience mostly lies in covering news stories but she has also worked on background and investigative pieces on migration, her main focus being development projects that have been funded by the EU to address the root causes of irregular migration from Africa. She owns a bachelor degree in journalism and graduated in 2011.
