Reproductive Rights Reporting Fund

Reporting on reproductive rights is more important than ever.

As the United States faces the likely overturn of Roe v. Wade and subsequent restriction of reproductive rights across the country, the IWMF is mobilizing to support nuanced, diverse reporting on the consequences of this decision. This fund supports reporting on reproductive rights that affect people across the U.S., including abortion and contraception access, maternal health, health policy, and abortion bans. Bringing attention to these issues is critical and the IWMF is providing funding to support and encourage quality reporting on these topics in the United States.

Applications will be accepted through the IWMF’s Submittable page and will be reviewed on an ongoing basis. Priority will be given to reporting projects based in states that would be most affected by the overturn of Roe v. Wade.
