En midaldrende mand med bukserne om knæene følger efter en ung kvinde i Tunesiens hovedstad. Hun fanger ham på video og poster det online. Han viser sig at være medlem af landets parlament. Episoden sætter en #MeToo-bevægelse i gang i Tunesien. Men på arabisk hedder det #EnaZada. Og bølgen har bredt sig til store dele af Nordafrika. Men det er stærke kræfter, kvinderne er oppe imod.
