La pandemia por COVID-19 y las medidas para contenerla agudizaron los problemas y las brechas de desigualdad ya existentes para la población LGBTQ+. En respuesta a esta crisis, en 2020 abrió sus puertas en CDMX Casa Frida, un refugio seguro que continúa siendo un hogar temporal para personas de la diversidad sexual.


Este reportaje fue realizado con el apoyo de la International Women’s Media Foundation (IWMF) como parte de su iniciativa de ¡Exprésate! en América Latina.
