On a sunny day, a traditional music playing in the parking lot (full of
expenses SUVs), the Tanzania anti-corruption program received two millions
dollars in computers and printers from the Chinese embassy.

In every sub-Saharians Africa countries I’ve been I could see the Chinese
presence, but not as much as in Tanzania.
