I’m in the Ugandan city of Jinga, “the source of the Nile” and the origins a a controversy over how its waters should be best used in Uganda. We’ve started the day meeting with activists and business owners who want one thing, and they gave me quite the side-eye when I took my leave to go get the “other” side of the story.
